Shipping Policy

At The Botanical Theory, we proudly ship our products to almost every part of India.
We aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours of placement.*
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges:

  • Cash on Delivery Orders
    Rs. 79 flat fee on all COD orders (includes COD & shipping charge)
  • Prepaid Orders
    Free shipping on all prepaid orders of Rs. 500 & above
    Rs.59 flat fee on prepaid order of Rs. 499 & below

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • For areas serviced by leading courier partners, delivery is typically completed within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  • For remote or less accessible locations, delivery may take 6 to 8 business days.
  • Heavy shipments (weighing over 2 kilos or high-volume orders) may require additional time.

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to deliver within the promised time, unforeseen logistics challenges may occasionally cause delays.

  • The Botanical Theory is not liable for such delays but will make every effort to minimize them.
  • In rare cases where the order is untraceable or delivery takes significantly longer than expected, The Botanical Theory reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund for the affected products.

Address Change:

  • You can request a change to your delivery address only if the order status is Pending and before shipment.
  • Address change requests may be denied if there are variations in shipping charges or taxes between the original and the new address.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with the courier company name and tracking number at your registered email address.
  • If you do not receive the email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • Please note: Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch as the courier partner updates their system.

Non-Availability at Delivery:

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package three times.
  • If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Please provide a valid mobile number when placing your order to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
